Additional Information:

In 1970, Lancaster-Lebanon Council was formed from the merger of Lancaster County Council and Lebanon County Council. In 1995, the council name was changed to Pennsylvania Dutch Council.

Condition:

For many years this patch was in a group of patches that were rubber banded together. Over time the rubber band deteriorated and left some residue on the top and bottom edges of the patch (See patch image), therefore I am deeply discounting the price.
