In 2000, Heart O’ Texas Council merged into Longhorn Council. Condition: This item has been damaged and, therefore, is discounted 75%. It was the top patch in a bunch of patches that were wrapped in a rubber band for perhaps 30 years. The rubber band disintegrated over time and the rubber band adhered to the face of the patch, hence, 75% discount. If you still think this is too much for this patch, make me an offer.
